Radiyan Precast Concrete Equipment is owned by Radiyan Consult. The company is in the construction and engineering of industrial sites since 2007 – right before the onset of the Global Financial Crisis. By that time the construction business had to cease work.
Unlike others we have just kick-started in business, identifying a true market window in Bulgaria – the need for sustainable sites as well as sustainable relationships with clients.
15 years later we are happy to announce a 100% retention rate of clients as well as high customer satisfaction. All our projects are turnkey constructions, as we offer full engineering solutions for the machinery and equipment as well.
The years in business have led us to a vertical business integration adding up more and more value to the client. That is how we commenced designing reusable industrial molds for precast concrete.
Precast concrete blocks, tailor-made to meet client’s needs, can be used alone or interlocked – similar to lego. Being easy to take apart, relocate and install, they find a wide application in storage bays (recycling, building materials, scrap, agricultural bays for silage and grain), fencing, temporary walling or roadblocks, earth retention, waterways and shoreline defences, partition walling, retaining walls, etc.

NON-DESTRUCTIVE CONCRETE SYSTEMS FOR FLAT ROOFS AND TERRACES
The non-destructive concrete system (NDCS) for installation of photovoltaic panels on flat roofs and terraces has been engineered by Radiyan Consult for both industrial and domestic use.
The system is a stable load-bearing structure made of precast concrete blocks that leave the roof or terrace flooring intact. It does not harm the waterproof insulation that makes it preferred by business and residential property investors. The solar panel is anchored to the concrete block thus providing a steady and sustainable solution.
